You have two types of Custom Domains from which to choose:
Option 1: Use your own URL for the Custom Domain.
Examples:
weddings.yourdomain.com (this is a subdomain)
yourdomain.com (this is a main url)
- Using your own URL will improve your site's SEO and keeps your branding consistent.
- You will need to register and use your own domain name.
- It takes a few steps to set this up the first time.
Option 2: Customize the StickyFolios domain with your own custom sub-domain and use stickyfolios.com as the main domain
Example:
creativemoments.stickyfolios.com
- Fastest to set up and does not require your own domain.
- Optimize your branding under this option by making the subdomain your photography business name as in the example above.
- Available on all StickyFolios plans.
Note: Whether you pick Option 1 or Option 2, you also have the ability to set up a custom subfolder to further customize your StickyFolios. This is an optional feature.
